Hero... Every one has a hero in life. most of the hero in the television is powerful but most of the hero of some people is a person who help us.
My hero in life is a kind, industrious, patient, loving helpful and caring. My hero in life are the teachers because they are our second mother/father. They are the one who teaches us. If we have problems they are their to help us. They wake up early in the morning so that they can catch up their class. they are sacrificing their time to come here in school to teaches us. they are good in teaching and enrich our mind to discover more about life.

State of the nation address
The state of the nation address was done every year.Mr. president Benigno 'noynoy' Aquino delivered his SONA last July 25 2011.Many people viewed the SONA and they have their own reaction and opinion. Some people believes that the president work's better then the former president. I'm happy for some of the program of our president because he gave some house to some police because their income goes to the rent of their house. He gives money and foods for the victims of floods and other calamities

Nutrition month is an annual event during July. The theme for the nutrition month is "isulong ang breast feeding Tama Sapat at Eksklusibo. This theme focuses to ensure successful breast feeding practices.The object of this nutrition month celebration is to encourage all people to promote, help and support the correct way of breast feeding. Breast feeding is not only saves babies from death. Many babies died after birth because they are not breast feed immediately. Breast feed can save 3000 pesos a month when compared using the other milks it will also reduce cost for medicine for sick babies because breast feed infants do not get sick easily. This are the benefits of breast feeding it provides protection against infection, it protects against illnesses, it protects from allergies and it enhances intelligence....
